STIEFF PUNCH BOWL
This Stieff Punch Bowl is marked Stieff, sterling, 2 and 046. On the bottom it also has President's Prize 1960. There is no monogram on the sides. The number 2 on the bottom denotes that this bowl was made in 1960. It is 13" top diameter, 7 1/2" bottom diameter and it is 8" high. It weighs about 49.3 troy ounces. This bowl is in excellent condition. It is very high luster hence the many reflections in the picture. Inventory #STIEFF208. The price is $1650.00.
MODERN AMERICAN PITCHER
This Modern American pattern pitcher is marked Gorham, the D in an oval for Durgin, sterling, 230, 5 pints and an Elephant (denotes manufacture in 1930). It is 6 1/2" high at the spout and 7 1/4" high to the top of the handle. The top is 4 5/8" in diameter, the bottom is 3 3/4" in diameter and the main body is about 6" in diameter. There is no monogram. It is in excellent condition. Inventory #GOR170. The price is $895.00
GRAPE PATTERN WINE EWER
This wine ewer is marked ESCO and sterling in an oval. This is the trade mark of the Elgin Silver Co. This piece is from the 20's or 30's. It is 14 1/4" tall to the top of the stopper. It is 11 1/4" to the top of the ewer it self. The body of the pitcher is about 5 1/2" in diameter. The bottom is 3 1/2" in diameter. It weighs 21 regular ounces. You can see the beautiful grape pattern. It is in excellent condition. Inventory # ELG31. The price is $1050.00.
FOOTED CREAM & SUGAR
This Footed Cream and Sugar are only marked Sterling. It is a very nice heavy set. It weighs 12 regular ounces. The sugar is 2 1/4" high to the top of the bowl and 2 5/8" high to the top of the handle. The bowl is 3 1/2" by 4" at the top. The creamer is 21/4" high on the sides and 2 5/8" high at the sides of the spout and to the top of the handle. The creamer is 4 1/4" by 3 1/2" at the top. Both pieces stand on four feet. There is no monogram. Both pieces are in excellent condition. I don't see any flaw what so ever. Inventory #ST396. The price is $395.00
CHIPPENDALE STERLING TRAY BY GORHAM
This Chippendale sterling tray is marked Gorham, the Gorham Logo or trade mark, sterling, 42612, 12 in, and Chippendale. It is 12" in diameter and the sides are 3/4" high. .This tray is perfectly flat which makes it perfect for serving drinks or it would hold a three piece tea or coffee set. It weighs 27 troy ounces. It is in excellent condition. Inventory # GOR77. The price is $850.00
MEDALLION STERLING CREAM AND SUGAR BY STARR-MARCUS
This Sugar is marked Starr-Marcus, 925 over 1000 in a shield and New York. Starr&Marcus circa 1865 predecessor to Theodore B. Starr and Reed & Barton. These pieces are hand made and assembled. The marks on the creamer are gone. The sugar bowl is 4" high to top of bowl--7 1/4" high to the top of the handle--and 51/4" in diameter. It has a medallion on the one side. On the other side is a clear medallion that could be Monogrammed. Two Egyptian Type heads are just below where the bail attaches to the bowl.
The Creamer is 5 1/2" at the highest part of the body and 5 3/4" to the top of the handle. It is 3 5/8" from tip of handle to spout. It too has a medallion on the one side and a plain medallion on the other side that could be used for a Monogram. It too has the Egyptian type heads at the part that holds the handle onto the body and on the opposite side. Both pieces have hoof feet. The Price of the Cream and Sugar is $2250.00
GRAFF WASHBURN & DUNN CENTER PIECE BOWL.
This bowl is marked with the Graff Washburn and Dunn Logo or Trade Mark, sterling 12 in. and 7077/92. This is an elaborately decorated bowl. On the bottom it has 12"but it is really 14" in diameter from the end of one decoration to the end of the opposite decoration. It is 4 1/2" high, and the bottom is 5 1/8" in diameter. The mono in the center is an S. The date of manufacture is between 1900 and 1920. Inventory #GWD46. The price is $1450.00
MUFFINEER OR SUGAR SHAKER
This is a sterling muffineer made by Baldwin and Miller. It is 8 1/4" high and the base is 2" in diameter. The marks on the bottom are B & M, sterling and 190. The price is $350.00
RONDO PATTERN STERLING COMPOTE
This Gorham Rondo Sterling Silver Compote is marked as above. It has a 10 1/2" top diameter and a 4 3/8" bottom diameter. It is 5" high. It is in excellent condition. The Price is $395.00
STERLING DESK PAD CORNERS
These desk pad holders are a really unusual find. They are in fantastic condition probably due to their weight. The outside corners both measure 3 15/16" long by a good 5 1/2 on the diagonal. The opening for the pad is just shy 1/4". They probably date between 1900 and 1920. The only mark on them is impressed sterling. There are 4 tiny brass feet applied to the underside of corners. When I say Tiny I mean about 1/16". The Price of the set of 4 is $350.00
This is a sterling silver Hot Water Kettle made by Howard & Co. The marks on the bottom are Howard & Co., New York, 1894 and sterling. The burner is marked sterling. The marks on the stand are sterling, The Frank Smith Logo and 184 A. The Price is $3500.00
CREAMER AND SUGAR
This creamer and sugar are marked Preisner, Sterling and 6. The creamer is 2 7/8" top diameter and 2 1/4" bottom diameter. It is 5" end of handle to end of handle. The body is 3" high and it is 3 3/8" to the top of the handles. The main body of the creamer is 2 3/4" in diameter, 2 1/4" bottom diameter and 4 1/2" from end of spout to end of handle. The main body is 3" high and it is 3 3/8" to top of handle. It is in excellent condition with only two light touch marks.
