BRILLIANT CUT AND ENGRAVED LADLE

This is a medium size ladle. It is really beautiful but I am not sure what it was meant for. Maybe fruit salad, consomme, or what ever you would like. It is Larger than a gravy ladle but not quite as large as a soup ladle.It is marked Bailey Banks and Biddle sterling. It is 8 3/8" long. the bowl is 2 1/2" by 3" and the bowl is almost an inch deep. The bowl is brilliant cut, light gold finish with a deeper gold finish in the indentation through the center. The    handle is hand chased in 5 different designs. It also has a monogram an A. F. in Old English.Inventory #BB&B10. The price is $195.00.

ASPARAGUS SERVER IN LILY BY WHITING

This Asparagus Server is signed with the Whiting Logo, Sterling, Pat. 1902. On the back of the handle is 53-03 which I presume was a gift for a 50th anniversary or birthday. It would be from 1853 to 1903. There is a Monogram R (?). It is in excellent condition. This is an old piece. Inventory # is FLAT133. The price is $1495.00

11 WHITING LILY DINNER KNIVES

These Lily dinner knives are marked  with the Whiting Logo or Trade Mark, sterling, Pat 1902 and R'D 1902. These are the very oldest of the sterling handles. Four are 8 7/8" long. The blades are marked Sheffield Stainless Blade made in England. Three are 8 7/8" long and the knife blades are just marked stainless. They are all monogrammed Vaughn. The monogram is very light and small. I believe you can see it on the second picture. They are in excellent condition with only normal use. Inventory # WHIT133. The price is $95.00 each.

LILY GRAVY LADLE

This Lily Gravy Ladle is marked with the Whiting Trade Mark or Logo, Sterling, Pat 1902 and I think Reg 1902. The last part is very light. The bowl is lightly gold washed. The design is very sharp. There is a monogram a TH in script. It is 7 1/8" long. This is a beautiful piece. Inventory #WHIT166. The price is $650.00.

This Lily Serving Spoon is marked Pat 1902, r'd 1902,The Whiting Trade Mark or Hallmark, and sterling. There is a monogram on the front as you can see- a  K. It is 9" long and in nice crisp condition. Inventory # WHIT171. The price is $385.00.

8 LILY TEASPOONS BY WHITING

These Teaspoons are marked Pat 1902, R'd 1902, the Whiting Trademark or Hallmark, a circle with something in it and sterling. Seven are 5 7/16" long,  the eighth is 5 3/4" long. Six have the monogram Q (it looks almost like an O), one has the monogram N and the larger one has the monogram R. The larger also has an E on the back for extra heavy. They are all in perfect crisp condition. Inventory #The price of the eight is $325.00

These Empire Cream Soups are marked with the Durgin D, sterling Pat''d and Bailey Banks and Biddle Co. The Empire date of Patent is 1895. They are 6 7/8" long and the bowl is large 2" by 2 1/4". These Empire Forks are marked with the Durgin D, sterling, Pat'd and Mermod & Jaccard Jewelry Co. Patent Date 1895. They are 7" long and in excellent condition. These three Lily of the Valley teaspoons are marked sterling, the Whiting Logo or Hallmark and an M. They are 5 7/8" long. Would you believe, one has no monogram, one has an H on the back of course and one has a "J" 08. All are in great crisp condition.  Inventory #WHIT163. The price is $95.00 for the three.

These teaspoons are marked with the Mechanics Sterling Trade Mark or Hallmark and sterling. Mechanics Silver was part of Watson Co. which became  part of Wallace. Circa 1910. They are 5 1/2" long. This is a Minuet pattern  pierced Bonbon spoon made by International Silver Co.. This pattern was first made in 1925. The markings on the back are International, one of the international logos which is the knights head with an S in the chest, sterling and pat. It is 5 7/8" long.
