TUSCAN HOODED OYSTER STEW LADLE
This hooded oyster Stew ladle is marked 950 and Ball Black & CO. This mark was used from 1851 to 1874. It is in the Tuscan pattern. It is 11 3/4" long. The ladle part is about 4" by 3 3/4". I think you can see that the hooded part is reticulated for drainage. There is an interlocking ornate script monogram on the back CAMB. It is in excellent condition. Inventory #BB21. ARABESQUE SOUP LADLE
This Arabesque Soup Ladle is marked Pat 1875, the Whiting Logo or Trade Mark and sterling. It is 11" long. The bowl is 3 1/2" by 3 7/8". It could also be used as a punch ladle in a small punch bowl. As you see there is a monogram. I believe it is KS. The bowl is brilliant cut. I tried to show it to you but it is hard to show it right with the rounded bowl. It is in wonderful condition. GRECIAN SOUP LADLE
This Grecian Pattern Soup Ladle is marked Henry Hebbard 1882, sterling, a B, a mark I cannot read and Rumrill Co.(the jeweler who sold it). It is 11" long. the bowl is 3 7/8" by 3 1/4". It is in excellent condition. There is a monogram Sip or Lip. Inventory #HH5. The price is $950.00.
OLD MARATHON TWO SIDE POUR PUNCH LADLE
This is a sterling Punch ladle. It was made by International Silver Co. The markings on the back are one of the international logos which is a knights head with an S in the chest part, and the word sterling. The pattern is Old Marathon first made in 1909 and is now obsolete. It is 11 1/2" plus long. The two sided pour bowl is 4 7/8" wide. There is no Monogram. This is not a gold color the camera made it come out like that. It is silver. The price is $495.00
HELENA CREAM LADLE BY BLACKINGTON.
One of my customers was good enough to tell me the pattern of this cream ladle. It is called Helena. The ladle is very different. It is 5 1/4" long, The bowl is 1 3/8" wide by 1 1/4" handle to front. It has the smallest pouring spout you ever saw. The bowl is Gold Washed. There is a Monogram ERC. The marks on the back are The R. Blackington Logo-sword through a B-and sterling. The price is $65.00
LOTUS CREAM LADLE
This Lotus Cream Ladle is marked Sterling, the Watson Logo or Trade Mark, Lotus and Pat. 84127. It is 5 1/2" long.The bowl is 1 1/2" by 2". There is no monogram. Circa 1936. Inventory #WATS106. The price is $65.00.
JOAN OF ARC GRAVY LADLE
This Joan of Arc Gravy Ladle is marked International, the Indian Head and sterling. It also says Joan of Arc on the back of the handle. It is 6 1/2" long. The bowl is 2 3/8" by 2 1/8". There is no monogram. Inventory #INT877. The price is $85.00.
ENGLISH GADROON GRAVY LADLE
This English Gadroon Gravy Ladle is marked Gorham ,Sterling, Pat 1939 and the name English Gadroon. It is 6 3/8" long. The bowl is 2 3/8" by 2 1/8". There is no monogram. Inventory #GOR157. The price is $85.00.
INDIAN SOUP LADLE
This Indian Soup Ladle is marked with the Whiting Logo or Trade Mark, 1, Sterling, Pat. 1874 and S. Lewis (the Jeweler who sold the piece). It is 11" long and the bowl is 3 3/4" by 3 1/4". The bowl is very lightly gold washed. There is an Old English F as the monogram. It is in excellent condition. Inventory #WHIT159. The price is $395.00.
MAJESTIC STERLING PUNCH LADLE BY ALVIN
This Majestic Punch Ladle is marked with the Alvin Logo, Patent and Sterling. It is 12 3/4" long. There is a monogram LV. Circa 1900. I think you can see the different shape of the bowl. Inventory # ALV52. The Price is $475.00.
