800 SILVER SOUVENIR SUGAR SPOON OF FLORENCE ITALY
This souvenir spoon is marked 800. This is the marking for European 800 silver.The spelling in the bowl of the spoon is Firenze which is one of the Italian spellings for Florence, Italy. It can attach to the edge of a sugar bowl. As you see there is a snake wrapped around the handle of the spoon and the end of the handle is a rams head. This is quite unusual.
